Friends, colleagues, complete strangers... I’m here to Movember. Although I can’t grow a mustache, a subpar mustache or even a little stubble... I’m here to join the movement! Help by donating a $1, $100 or just join by being lazy and not shaving (awareness works too) Or the opposite and getting your sweat on with me... Cheers, and happy stubble days to you!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030.


Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men in the United States. Globally, more than 1.3 million men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Know the facts and take action early, and we can save lives.
