My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Have you noticed that I look a bit different? I perhaps have a super trooper-esque look about me?
Even though I am not actually growing a moustache I still wanted to take part in this great cause and help raise funds for the Movember Foundation.
With every year the Movember passion grows for me, because it brings awareness to the most significant health issues faced by men: This year I want to focus on mental health and physical inactivity, as I have seen my friends and family struggle first hand from theimpacts of the pandemic .

I am inspired and motivated everyday to take in the beautiful surroundings Kamloops has to offer. Since I have moved to this community, I can not contain my spirit to go on adventures and explore every spare minute I have, which has not only helped with my physical health but my mental health as well. This year I pledge to walk or hike throughout the month of November - This is just one way I am pledging to “Mo my own way”.

Together, lets help keep all the men in our lives healthy :)
